Located in a lush, green district on the outskirts of Yerevan, this apartment boasts high ceilings, large windows, and a grand terrace. The space is fully equipped with a fancoil HVAC system to enhance comfort. The layout intelligently divides the common areas from the private spaces, separating the kitchen, living room, and terrace from the bedrooms and bathrooms. The design employs a vibrant color palette combined with classy, high-end materials, creating a dynamic and elegant living environment that complements its natural surroundings.
