Banaue Lodge TerraViva Competition 3rd Place Winner

In May 2024, I participated in the Banaue Lodge competition organized by TerraViva. The brief was to design a sustainable lodge for hikers and visitors to Batad Village in the Philippines. I designed not just a lodge, but also a community hub—a flexible architectural mechanism that can be assembled and transformed according to the needs of visitors or the local community.

I participated in Venice Studio 2023, an annual design workshop led by MVRDV, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Snøhetta. I had the privilege of joining Snøhetta’s team, where my group and I designed a public space for children living in Venice. Our studio was taught by Gumji Kang and Jette Cathrin Hopp. After the workshop, I was honored to be named one of the Venice Studio Ambassadors.

I received this certificate upon completing my internship at Lina Ghotmeh Architecture in 2023, during which I had the opportunity to contribute to significant projects like the Bahrain Pavilion for the Osaka 2025 Expo and a competition for the new HEC University campus. Moving to Paris that year allowed me to gain invaluable experience in these renowned projects.
